Richter, PharmD, Scripps Health System, and Judith Yates, Senior Vice President, HASD&IC, gave opening remarks. Guest speakers included Loriann De Martini and Michael Alexander, Pharmaceutical Consultants for the CDPH; and hospital pharmacy leaders in Southern California.
